thursday84 Posted May 20, 2013 Share Posted May 20, 2013 Today I embark on the adventure of starting the W30 challenge! I'm a self-proclaimed sugar addict and desperately want to break this habit! I'm not overweight, but i'm "skinny-fat". I've been doing Crossfit 2x a week since January & am finally starting to see some results!
