It is Del Real Chile Verde and the only ingredients are: Pork, Tomatillo, Chili Pepper, Salt, Garlic, Powder, Water. It is in the deli section (by the adelles sausages at our Costco). Usually we make everything from scratch, and organic - but on a hectic night, this would be great over mashed sweet potatoes with some avocado and a side salad!!
