TinaCook Posted June 13, 2013 Share Posted June 13, 2013 So far it's going pretty well. I didn't realize how much added sugar and artificial sweeteners I was using until they were gone! That is the main difference in my diet. My husband, myself and a friend are doing this challenge together. I look forward to the changes in my body and lifestyle to come.
