I'm a new member half way through my third day of W30.

So far it's going pretty well.  I didn't realize how much added sugar and artificial sweeteners I was using until they were gone!  That is the main difference in my diet.  My husband, myself and a friend are doing this challenge together.  I look forward to the changes in my body and lifestyle to come.  The biggest challenge thus far eating enough to maintain my Crossfit workouts and train for the trail races we have coming up.
