Day 13 and going strong!

I started 6/6 and I am going strong. The two most noticeable differences so far have been: 1) How long I can go between meals without getting hungry - W30 plan says good food will do that, and 2) How I no longer have sweet cravings, particularly after my main meals. My only challenge is trying to vary breakfast to include more than just eggs and a side. I'm reading a lot on the forum about that as well as Paleo recipes that are W30 compliant.

****For those who haven't been on the forum, you should! If you are thinking of starting, check it out. It has been incredibly helpful, particularly the replies from ALL of the Moderators. ---- now back to my hard boiled eggs and fresh cut fruit from my hotel. :-) ****
