charleyd40 Posted July 2, 2013 Share Posted July 2, 2013 Well it seems hard to believe but I have now completed my first Whole 30. Yeah me! Thank you for all the support to get through this. I am so excited that I am continuing this to make it a Whole 45. Tomorrow morning I will weigh and measure or maybe not until the end is done. Either way I am very glad that I logged in every day for the support and encouragement I received each day for the initial Whole 30. Thank you thank you and thank you!
