birder Posted July 15, 2013 Share Posted July 15, 2013 I am starting another Whole 30 today after a 2 week camping vacation. I can't wait to feel good again. I completed my first over the month of May and ate on track until we took a two week camping trip and it got tricky. I'm adding another element to this one. I'm going to make sure I work out daily. I teach 4 fitness classes a week that help me stay where I'm at but I've been slacking on my personal workouts I need to improve. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
