Started August 1st and doing the AI protocol, anyone else?

I started my 3rd whole30 and as a last resort, I am doning the AI protocol.  I have had such a very hard time losing the wieght even though I have been 85-90% paleo for a few years now.  I am hypo thyroid and just assume that I have Hashimoto's as well.  So as of today, day 12, I feel pretty good and I am not really having any trouble with the added restrictions.  Well, except when I saw a list of foods to avoid, I had tears in my eyes when I saw that cocoa was on the list.  Haha!  Anyone else doing AI?  I would love to see how you are doing.  And any advise would be greatly appreciated!!
