I have been primal but not very good at it for long. I HAVE to get serious. NOW. I want my health, I want my JOINTS. I want to feel fully myself. I will be eating alone over the weekend and that will help, IMMENSELY! I love my friends...and their garden fresh produce...like new potatos. bleh. But the chard and kale are fabulous! BethAnne Posted August 24, 2013 Share Posted August 24, 2013 Hi morningmoon, I also started my Whole 30 on August 22. I did my first whole 30 last September and have eaten Paleo since. I took the kids to my in-laws for 2 months this summer though and ate a little cheese, lots of dark chocolate and drank wine. So I really needed a whole 30. I have never felt so great in my life as when I completed it the first time. I can't wait to feel good again. Right now I feel so tired and unmotivated. I hope I get some energy back soon.
