mistymisty Posted August 24, 2013 Share Posted August 24, 2013 i am 77 days paleo and haven't had any major flare-ups the last month and a half. yesterday i felt some of my old aches beginning and today....full blown pain. i carried my 3yo on thursday more than usual...figured that's what the first day aches might have been but today everything hurts and i'm miserable. anyone else experience flare-ups out of the blue. i'm thankful it's not a constant everyday like it was. thanks!!!!
