BellySaysYes Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 I started my Whole 30 last week (9th September) and on the weekend wasn't prepared enough and ate a few things that are not Whole 30 approved. So today I start Day 1 again! I plan to be a lot more organised, and make sure I always have something in my fridge and cupboards I can throw together. That was my downfall last time. I love the food, I love how I feel, but when I'm hungry I've been known to make poor choices. Just get back on that horse and ride, cowgirl! Yep, I love the food too, and love how I never really feel hungry eating this way Eating lunch right now: big ass salad of spinach, rocket, cabbage, roasted sweet potato and steak with a few nuts to add some fat.
