I did great on my first whole30, started Aug 13. In the month since it's been over I've been slipping back. I can't really do moderate. And my husband isn't exactly on-board. When I did my whole30 he was better, but now he keeps enticing me.

So I decided here & now to do a second. Almost exactly 2 months after the first! Hopefully this time I'll take my new lifestyle a bit further. I've still mostly avoided dairy and grains, but it's the sugars that have been creeping in. Today after going mental on pizza and chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, and even being aware of how crappy I felt, I decided.

I've been planning to be a cavewoman for Halloween for months. Perfect costume for the month - I just have to stay in character!! Plush birthday is a week from Monday but I already told my mom I don't want a cake. I have a great pum

Yesterday's meals were great!

* 4 egg omelet over sauteed onions, 1/2 avo
* banana
* huge salad w/ vinaigrette
* 3 strawberries, small bunch grapes
* grilled ribeye, salad w/ hm ranch, onion soup

Felt so delightfully FULL after that amazing and perfectly grilled ribeye.  I was so proud of myself for it!  Awesome welcome-back-to-whole30 dinner!  :)
