Now I know it says to "start now" but the fact of the matter is I justs went grocery shopping earlier this week And I can't afford to let that food go to waste! I am Haili, a 22 y/o nursing student (soon to be graduate). I live a relatively healthy life but suffer from GI problems like IBS. I'm hoping to turn things around and get back on the right track.
