I know the book said, Start Now, but I still have to go grocery shopping and plan my menu.  I'm looking forward to this lifestyle change and bringing my husband along with me!  I know in the beginning it will be difficult, but I'm up for the challenge and ready to get myself (and husband) in better health!!

I am also starting today. This is my second whole 30, my first was in January. This time I am hoping not to go back to old habits that I picked back up while on vacation this summer! A tip for meal planning that I did pick up the last time is the Nom Nom paleo app. It is amazing with really good recipes.
