MelC75
This will be my second official whole 30. I did it at this time last year and it was a great success! I've done a few whole 14s just to get back on track and eat paleo most of the time but have slipped a bit lately and need to conquer my sugar cravings! Would love to have an accountability partner! angelajl
I am starting today! I did a Whole30 (well, Whole26 - day 27 started my vacation!) back in July. Today I'm starting a new Whole30 that's also following the Auto-immune Protocol and the Low Histamine Protocol. I don't anticipate this being easy, but if it helps get rid of all of my underlying health issues (that the regular Whole30 didn't touch), it'll be worth it. Good luck to us all! I'll be logging my food in a Whole 30 Log on the forums.
MelC75
Good luck to you! Yes, the auto immune protocol definitely looks challenging! I wish you the best!
Ashlyn
I started yesterday (10/27) as well. I just went to the Whole 9 Seminar on Saturday and it was great. Also my husband just finished a Whole 30 a couple weeks ago. We decided that with an infant it was better for us to do it one at a time. I am also kicking coffee which I think is going to be equally as challenging. But I am hoeing that it will be helpful.
