Hototogisu Posted October 31, 2013 Share Posted October 31, 2013 I came across this recipe in Mark's Daily Apple and I've got to say I find it pretty appealing, except for the maple syrup. Has anyone tried it? It just looks like a dry-brined chicken breast, so I'm guessing (hoping?) that the maple syrup is unnecessary. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
