fahrenam Posted January 9, 2014 Author Share Posted January 9, 2014 TRAVEL IS VERY DIFFICULT Sorry, had to get that off my chest. to be honest, my travel would have been hard today even if I hadn't been on Whole 30. started well with a nice 3 egg omelette and lots of veggies at home. Had a connecting flight and I timed it so I could get a proper dinner at a restaurant in between, but one flight was delayed, the other wasn't. aaaaargh. But I stayed on the plan, just not ideal Breakfast: 3 egg omelette with artichoke hearts, olives, and spinach. Black coffee Lunch: Tiny salad on the plane with small amount of grilled chicken. Larabar and apple. Water Snack: Pumpkin seeds Dinner: Rx bar and some almonds Have another big day of travel tomorrow, should be easier though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
