First W30 - Start January 2nd

The first day of W30 was super easy. I've been eating relatively well/paleo for some time now, so I feel confident about preparing W30-approved meals. At the end of an intense Day 2, I just wanted to unwind with a cup of tea. I started brewing some herbal tea. As the warm and inviting aroma of hazelnut filled the air, I checked the tea ingredients - "natural hazelnut flavors." What is that? I tried to find out if it was W30 approved, but couldn't find anything definitive... so I dumped out my cozy cup of tea. I'm learning that some of the food I used to think was healthy may be full of unwanted surprises.

 

So, does anyone know if natural flavors are cool to consume?
