Kateco Posted July 24, 2012 Share Posted July 24, 2012 Today is my last day on Whole 30 and I am amazed that I don't want any "treats" plan to stay on for awhile longer. I have arthritis in my knees and was hoping it would be better by now, but it's not so thinking my body may need a longer time. If it works I plan to stay on this for life. I am sleeping better and am hopeful that this plan will help with the pain. I swim everyday just need some relief. Wonder if I need to cut out eggs and nightshades? Meg Hamilton Posted July 24, 2012 Share Posted July 24, 2012 Congrats on your last day!!! Maybe give it another 15-30 days, then see how you feel. Change up what you're eating, try out some new veggies, etc. Then if you still want to cut out eggs and nightshades, then do them separately so you can figure out which one was bothering your arthritis.
