I began crossfit a month ago and am hoping that Paleo will help. Tomorrow will be day 1 of my Whole30. We shall see if it helps my symptoms! It's nasty business, but I do know that I am able to keep my sypmtoms at bay when I remove grains. I'm starting my Whole30 August 1st and am hoping to see more improvements after removing dairy and alcohol as well.
