Asian cooking

Recommended Posts

Check out Nom Nom Paleo and theclothesmakethegirl.  In Well Fed and Well Fed 2, there's several great Asian-inspired recipes -- pad thai (my favorite), char siu, pho, fried rice, 5-spice pork ribs, etc.  Nom Nom Paleo's new cookbook has several Asian-inspired recipes as well -- Korean slowcooker Short Ribs, Pho, this great Thai-ish chicken (Fiona's Phenomenal Green Chicken), Fried "Rice".

From what I've seen, many Thai and Japanese recipes are easily adaptable to the Whole30 as long as you leave out any added sugar, use compliant ingredients (like fish sauce, curry pastes and coconut milk), and sub coconut aminos for soy sauce.  I'm not as familiar with Vietnamese cooking, but I imagine with a little creativity you can recreate many of your favorite recipes.
