whyte68
I have not had any cheats and I am seeing great changes but can't seem to pull out of this slump. I've had no energy but continue to crossfit and haven't declined there. I just feel tired and have no energy. Ugh!
AmyS
Your picture shows a small adorable child with you. Could that little person and any other little people be interrupting your sleep? If not, are you able to take a nap or go to bed earlier for a while? I know I couldn't when my girls were little, so I don't mean to suggest The Impossible Dream (I had a therapist once tell me that I should go ahead and nap while my three year old twins played unsupervised nearby.  Obviously, she had never had children!!!). But if you can respond to the tiredness by getting more rest, that would be a good answer. Sometimes Whole30 shows us how exhausted we are - no caffeine or sugar to cover up the weariness anymore. Lisa L
I'm on day 11 and still tired. Sorry that I'm not any help but know that you are not suffering alone. I have a 2-year-old though, and she likes to party into the wee hours some nights. That and my hubby is out of town, makes it tough to sleep well at night.
