I started December 26.  I have felt pretty much as the Timeline predicted.

 

I am just starting to feel my clothes feeling looser.  I have tons of energy though and my workout endurance has definitely improved.

 

I am not sleeping great though, I stopped taking my hormones hoping that the "diet" change would help me to get off them and still be able to sleep.  I will give it some more time, because otherwise I am feeling great!

I know that is how I felt and being some one who has always weighed myself, it was torture on those days when I felt my clothes were tighter!  But  I had committed to do the Whole30, so I didn't weigh myself. 

 

Now that I feel my clothes looser I am not so stressed about it.

 

Boy the things we let ourselves become slaves to!!:):)
