Christie Posted January 26, 2014 Share Posted January 26, 2014 Got up this morning and started doing my hair and caught a glimmer in the mirror. Had to take a double look! I thought that it was just because I was in my 40's that my hair looked coarse and drier. Who would have thought it was what I was eating?! I'm kind of excited. Only on day 16 today so I am looking forward to other changes, besides my hair and my clothes are definitely fitting better already. Link to comment
