I never thought I would say this but....

I am ditching the dairy. I thought that I was hopefully chained to the creamer in my coffee (the caffeine addiction I will have to address on a different day), but here I am day 33 and drinking black coffee happy as a clam. Dairy was my first thing on my reintro-schedule and I have to say that the cramping and bloating associated with it are just not what I want to deal wtih, so I am nixing it for good. That is not to say that on special occasions I won't fly face-first into a pile of queso, but for a day to day, I am saying good by to the moo juice and hello to to coconut milk to ease my cravings should they come along.
