Day Two

Day two and seemingly doing just fine... to be fair, I didn't have to change a lot about my eating habits. I believe the hardest thing for me will be the mindless "snacking" - grabbing a mint throughout the work day, a handful of Pirate Booty from my kids, etc.

Additionally, not weighing myself or performing any other comparative measurements is going to drive me crazy. I have lost 90 lbs over the last year and a half and it's practically second nature to weigh myself after I undress in the mornings.

I'm looking forward to the advantages of the Whole30 challenge. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions along the way but I'm super pumped for the next 28 days!
