Janster Posted March 28, 2014 Share Posted March 28, 2014 I just had to write about this and tell you all that THIS DOES WORK. I'm almost down three belt holes from where I started and I can now fit into a pair of jeans that I haven't fit into in years!! This is without any cardio- just lifing weights and the steam room. I am very excited about all of this and while I still think about things like a bourbon barrel aged beer sometimes, I have no desire to quit now. The cravings are gone. But I'm worried about when I get off of this program that I will lose all of my progress so any advice would help. I plan on matching every beer with at least a mile of running and have 2 cheat meals a week. Thoughts?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
