Beginning tomorrow...time for a system reset!

I'm so excited to start Whole30 and am looking forward to cleaning up my diet once and for all. I'm not new to paleo and have been a fan of it for a few years. I'm also interested in getting back into weights but not crossfit style. Any suggestions for a routine to start out with?

I'm wondering, too, if any other women are having hormone problems with weight gain and if Whole30 has helped with losing weight?
