MommaJewelz Posted March 29, 2014 Share Posted March 29, 2014 I'm so excited to start Whole30 and am looking forward to cleaning up my diet once and for all. I'm not new to paleo and have been a fan of it for a few years. I'm also interested in getting back into weights but not crossfit style. Any suggestions for a routine to start out with?
