peahen65
It's done! Yay! Stayed the course, could have done better (template eating was difficult with my extremely busy lifestyle), but I did it and learned a lot! The last week or so saw the return of very bad post-gallbladder difficulties which almost made me have to give up early. But i tweaked things and took my cholestyramine and made it work. This situation has been enlightening too. Stats: lost 3 pounds (stubborn holiday gain) and am back to my normal weight of 121. I lost an inch off my waist and an inch off my belly (which makes sense) but hips, thighs, and rest did not change.
peahen65
Something I learned: I cannot do nuts, at least not snack nuts. My gut cannot handle them. At all. Next Whole30 will be nut free. Things I am going to keep doing: avoid soy if possible. Also, avoid sugar (mostly).
