Caraisawesome Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 Hi everyone! I'm starting my whole30 journey tomorrow. I'm a first time mom, my son will be 1 at the end of May and my baby weight is still hanging around. It also hit me the other night while feeding him that I make sure eats the best most nutritious foods, so why am I still eating garbage?
