I'm planning to do a Whole15 starting tomorrow (I did a whole30 this january, and have since been enjoying too much gluten free bread :-) I like the idea of the Whole30 logs, but I don't think I'd get around to checking yet another website everyday, so I'm going to write what I eat in an email instead... but I need someone to email it too!! Does anyone want to be my email buddy for the next 15 days (or more if you want!) You're welcome to send me updates on how you're doing too, and I'll send encouragement back!
