Camille P. Posted June 29, 2014 Share Posted June 29, 2014 I did my first Whole 30 from May-June and maintained pretty well until we went on vacation this week. Need to get back on track so I'm starting tomorrow! I was so happy with the results the first time around. I was finally motivated to try it when I read how it can help with moods. I felt so much more stable and even eating this way. I want to keep the good feelings going! I lost six pounds the first time through also and would like to lose a bit more. But honestly I'm keeping my focus off of losing weight and I like how this is about being healthy and getting our bodies in better balance rather than just losing weight, but that is a nice benefit.Okay, so now I've announced it!
