Nessaldc
Has anyone done the whole30? I'm on day 12 and some days I have great energy but some days my body is so exhausted. Not sure if it's still adjusting or if it's the pcos fatigue. I want that tiger blood dang it! Link to comment
kristin_eats
Pcos fatigue? I' didn't know that was a thing. This is my second whole 30, but my pcos hasn't budged. I'm hoping my body just needs more time and more consistency. Link to comment
Nessaldc
Lots of women with PCOS suffer from being extremely tired all the time. I'm definitely seeing changes, but some symptoms I'm waiting to see change. Hoping my period comes soon. I'll definitely be doing a second one in the future Link to comment
kcarey7
I am new to Whole30 and newly dealing with PCOS. I don't have anything to contribute, I'm glad to see I'm not alone in treating PCOS with eating healthy... Link to comment
kparth
I also don't have anything to contribute to the conversation, but I am going through the same thing. I hope to see positive changes in the very near future. I'm currently on day 3. Link to comment
Nessaldc
Hey ladies! I completed my whole30 4 days ago. I never got to the "tiger blood" level. But I did get much more energy than before. The bloating went away. And I lost a total of 16 pounds and 2 dress sizes so I know I did something right it's been so hard to lose any weight with insulin resistance, and I'm overjoyed to have found something that has helped me so effortlessly. Good luck on your journeys! Link to comment
