Did one in Jan, loved the results (-10 lbs., clothes felt better, and I LOVE black coffee now) but life, loss and illness let me derail myself. I need a reset. One challenge I had last go-round was that my digestive system was a little too, um, active while W30ing. I was thinking of including less broccoli and cutting down on nuts this time around, any other thoughts as to what to avoid? (Please don't say onions, please don't say onions...)
