Had egg veggie scramble cooked in coconut oil, 1/2 an avacado, and about a spoonful of frozen berries for breakfast. Gotta use that leftover smoothie fruit for something! I'm a sugar addict so I was fantasizing of truffles last night. I feel better today, but my mood is short! It's only 30 days!! We can do this.
