Starting August 1

Hello all,

I'm commiting to doing my 2nd Whole 30 on August 1. I am looking forward to re-setting my health habits and reducing the big bloat masquarading as my stomach :) 


Deets on me: 

  • 32, married, no kids yet
  • From NoVa (Northern Virginia for the uninitiated)
  • Work as a Project Manager for an IT Team (read: sit on my @$$ all day)
  • Still getting over the 'it takes so long to cook everything' hump
