Whole30 Part Deux

Hey, fellow Whole30ers!

 

This is my second Whole30.  I had some great results with my first, but have slipped collapsed into bad eating, exercising, and sleeping habits again.  I'm looking to improve my digestion, slim down, gain muscle, and get better at work outs.

I'm starting my 2nd whole 30 tomorrow. I did my first one mid May-June and had great results. I tried sticking to the plan for the most part, but have have a few slip ups since then, and I can really tell a difference! Good luck on your whole30 :)
