I bought a pastured chicken for meals and homemade broth, 2 lbs grass-fed beef, salmon, acorn squash, sweet potatoes etc.... I eat chocolate cake for breakfast and fast food for lunch....It's time for a change! I. need. more. energy! Tiger blood I want you!! Enjoy your day!
