eliz991
Okay, I did a whole 30 in April - May after suffering from a headache for over 120 days. No medical reason found. My chiropractor helped some, but I was desperate. After my whole 30 and some medication changes my headache issue was mostly resolved. I also lost about 15 pounds. But then for some reason I leapt off the rails. My headache is trying to make a reappearance and I am back up that 15 pounds plus five more. (Not binging or anything - just bad choices and an ability to gain weight really quickly.) My goals for this W30 are to get my headaches back under control, start taking off some weight, and then do re introductions the right way instead of just randomly. And to not throw myself completely off the wagon after that.
