set my start date

Starting tomorrow, 9/21...close enough. :)  ..and i'm nervous too.  I am pretty good at sticking to a program when I set my mind to it (I'm a rule follower) and i have a pretty good handle on a meal plan, but i'm a little nervous about  AFTER my w30.  Hoping i don't lose all the good that it does me by going back to my old sugar/carb ways.  I'll spend most of the next 30 days researching how to come OFF w30 correctly.


We can do this.... :)
