ElleB Posted October 9, 2014 Share Posted October 9, 2014 I'm on day 24 of my first Whole 30 and I've just weaned my 13.5 month old in the last five days. Before that, I had loads of energy and was really enjoying doing the Whole 30. In the last couple of days, my motivation has gone and I've been feeling extra tired. I know it takes a while for hormones to settle down after weaning but how long will it takes and will I see a physical effect? Many of my friends have lost the pregnancy weight their bodies were holding onto when they stopped breastfeeding. Would love to hear about the experiences of any other mothers! Link to comment
