I'm doing a Whole60 and Started September 15th.  Is anyone else doing 60 days that would like some support, I could use support and a buddy.  Almost done with the Whole30 can't wait to weigh myself.  Feeling better and loving this eating plan.  Need to loose about 40 pounds and have a lot of health issues that I can already see are going or gone.  My next 30 days will take me through Halloween and I'll be done on Nov 13 and 12 days for food reintroduction brings me to Nov 25th right before Thanksgiving.

Hi Cyndi Lou!!!

I may be going with another 30 days once I'm done with this 30.  I started 8 days ago and am feeling better EVERY day!  Shoot, I may be doing this FOREVER!!

I am a binge eater...when my mood wasn't perfect I would beat myself up and eat it all away.  BLECKKKKK!!!  So in the 8 days of doing the Whole30, I have realized that food is for life, not for emotions.  When I was feeling something negative and wanted to eat, I would journal and try to figure out why I wanted to eat crap vs. dealing with that situation/emotion.  Fun TIMES!  HA

I made this recipe last week and my husband and 13 yr old daughter LOVED IT...as did I!

I got a few ideas here:

This week we are having:

     http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/skillet-fillets-with-cilantro-butter-10000001142036/

I found it WAY better to make a menu over the weekend, buy all supplies before Monday and then each night before I went to sleep, I would prep for the dinner the next day.  Sometimes to get it ready for the crock pot, sometimes just to chop veggies.  I found this make me think LESS of eating since I was too busy prepping.  Needless to say, I got into it.  ;)

Hope your FIRST day on the 15th goes smoothly!  I did get a nasty headache on day 3 and 4, but after that I have been feeling PRETTY DARN GOOD!!!

Would LOVE a buddy as I continue on this HEALTHY path, someone to chat with or share GOOD recipes with or just check in with to see how they are doing!  Since our names are SIMILAR I thought it may be a GOOD connection!

Have a great Sunday and hope to hear from you!

Hi CyndiCo

I'm A binge eater as well. Just have to remember to stay way from the dried figs and nuts now. Thanks for the recipes I'm going to definitely try that chicken tarragon.
