aawillasc98 Posted October 12, 2014 Share Posted October 12, 2014 Today I started my second Whole30. I somehow managed to, once again, pick a really stressful time in my job to start this process. What I discovered the during my first Whole30, and another stressful stint at work, was that the lifestyle changes I was making were actually helping to eliminate stressful responses in my body. Making such careful choices about my food intake and exercise were calming forces in my life and very empowering. I'm nervous about this next round, but I know I can do it.
