Eeek I'm nervous but excited that I will be embarking on this new journey. I've been in a rut after experiencing a binging cycle for the past two weeks and I just want to have a healthier relationship with food thats purpose is for nutrients and not comfort. I will be doing this alone so support from the whole30 community will be essential. My name is Ariella by the way.
