I just joined the group after learning about Whole30 from my Hidradenitis Suppurativa Support Group on Facebook. I've been interested in the Paleo lifestyle for a while now but so far I really love the Whole30 program and the added humor is wonderful. I'm a single mom of one daughter and just want the best of health and happiness for my family and I think that our diet and lifestyle is a great place to start.
