stravajunkie Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 Don't know if there are any other winter cyclists out there....I'm writing from the Northwestern United States, so it's rainy/cold/snowy depending on the day...usually someplace ride-able, either road or mtn bike. I'm fairly new to the whole30 thing and working on figuring out how to use it to my advantage in riding. Key to getting that figured out is CONTINUING to ride Bad weather can be a bit of a motivational downer, and adding dead legs on top that doesn't help. Anyone else want to make a mini-challenge? I'm thinking something flexible-pick your type of exercise, and your personal goal, then post regularly regarding how it's going and maybe compare notes on nutrition?
