Hello!!

 

My name is Charlotte and I am starting this program on January 2nd! I have done similar programs in the past but have a hard time sticking to the rules, especially when it comes to alcohol (whoops).  However, I am committed to doing this! It's only 30 days right? I'm just looking forward to consistent energy levels, better quality sleep and improvements with my workouts!
