I'm going to try and do the Autoimmune Whole 30 as I'm a type 1 diabetic and I'm 100% this is going to help me. Definitely over indulged this Christmas so looking forward to feeling better!! My cravings are pretty good, the only problem I've had is that I work with food quite a lot and when you have chocolate cake and cheese goodies surrounding you it's hard to not eat it.
