Day 1 Log for January 4, 2015

 

Breakfast:  Broccoli, Red Pepper, and Onion Scrambled Eggs, coffee blended with 1 Tbsp coconut oil

 

Lunch:  Leftover Roasted Turkey Breast, Roasted Carrots

 

Snack:  Banana

 

Dinner:  Italian Chicken Thighs, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Steamed Asparagus

 

Whoot! Feeling good, but finding I'm used to mindlessly grabbing drinks/snacks that are full of sugar and grains!! I was hungry mid-afternoon and trying to come up with a snack, and kept thinking of my usual go-tos. Settled on a banana instead. :)

 

On to Day 2!  ;)
