JessLNR Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 The only change to my 14 month old's diet has been my breastmilk, through what I'm eating on Whole30. We nurse 3-6 times a day. I am finishing day five of the program, and the last 3-4 days my daughter has had diarrhea with no other symptoms. She hasn't been eating much of her own food since we started--just her normal kid snacks, goldfish, little crunchies, puffs, crackers, and water. Could this be from my change in diet?
