I love the Whole 30 and I believe whole heartedly that it is life-changing.  However, I am on day 7 and my face is still terribly broken out, I am tired as all get out, and I can barley run my 5 miles without feeling Blah. I have not really seen any improvements in my body, sleep, skin, or athletic performance! I was already healthy before-ate paleo minus a few things here and there-so I am just hopping something will kick in soon! Does anyone have any similar experiences? I know I am only at day 7 but I thought that I would feel something!

 

I also find myself thinking about food a lot- and like I ate lunch right at 11 because I was thinking about it all morning and dragging in energy!

 

I am going to stay persistent and consistent just wondering if I should modify or tweak anything?
